The Isle of Wight has been home to many surfers who been influential not only on the Island Surf Scene but surfing in the UK.

The project aims to tell the story Derek Thompson of Cosmic Leashes, Tad 'the Guv' Ciastula and Roger Cooper two well respected surfboard manufacturers.

The project also hopes to track down Rob Ward recognized as one of Britains first ever big wave riders and will profile surfers like Nigel Howell and the huge event White Air that sadly has now moved to Brighton.
